Debbie Garvey

Classes are taught by, Debbie Garvey, Certified Etiquette Instructor and the Director of Southeast Academy of Etiquette .  Debbie received training and certification in Orlando , Florida .   With more than sixteen years with an international bank, Debbie has spread her wings and uses the knowledge and training she has been taught to teach others; morals, values and good manners.

For young people, it's never too early to be polite. Their friends, teachers, and other adults favor youngsters who have the advantage of being well mannered. Our youth programs make it easy for parents to reinforce the life-long value and benefits of good manners.

ClassOur up to date and interactive programs focus on the elements which key individuals need to enhance their image and present themselves to others in a sophisticated and confident style.  People prefer doing business with those who reflect a universally accepted standard of quality behavior.

Everyone has experienced awkward moments dropping a fork on the floor and wondering whether to pick it up or leave it there, or showing up at a party all dressed up while everyone else is wearing jeans.  Let us help you build your confidence in a party, dining or business situation.

Feedback from Parents:

"Love the pictures!! Jarrett had a wonderful time this week. You did a great job making a "boring" topic fun!  I have been telling my friends all about it." ~ Pam Bell

"I wanted to let you know, my five year old was there for the last few minutes of the class at pick up.  She saw you teach the "interupt rule" when mommy is on the phone to put the hand on my arm.  She does it every time!  I'm hoping to squeeze her in the next class." ~ Jennifer Lazar

"This was great, thank you!  Matthew did the arm touch instead of interrupting me on the phone tonight.  It was so wonderful! What a great impact in day to day behavior." ~ DaAnna Colglazier

" I can't tell you how invaluable the class was for Anya, who came back and immediately began incorporating what she had learned into her everyday life.  She even provided her brothers with a couple crash courses.  The boys were excited to learn and even put on a dinner party for me to show me what they had learned."  ~ Pamela Fording
